By securing travel arrangements with DOT, you agree to indemnify and hold DOT harmless to any data breaches and any injuries or losses caused by said breach. As previously stated, DOT is a neutral third party partnering you with various suppliers in order to build the best travel itinerary to meet your needs. DOT does not own, operate or control in any way the suppliers we bring to you. Therefore, this policy does not extend past DOT. As your itinerary is built, you will have access to the relevant suppliers’ policies to review. By virtue of securing travel services through DOT, you will also be bound by the suppliers’ policies and procedures. It is your responsibility to read and fully understand the policies of the supplier(s) and agree to indemnify and hold DOT harmless from any data breaches of any third party or supplier including any injuries or losses caused by said breach.
Law for DisputesThis Privacy Policy is construed in accordance with United States law. Any dispute arising out of or related to the information contained herein is subject to adjudication in the state of West Virginia, United States.
