The resort we chose is adult only, Secrets Royal Beach in Punta Cana. Adults staying at Secrets Royal Beach have free flow access between the this property and the neighbor property, Dreams Royal Beach.
To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency, Design Our Travel® LLC. We have reserved an exclusive code just for our group that will unlock perks and discounted rates when we book a certain amount of rooms.
We ask that you book your room(s) directly from this site, so that we can all be under the same code.
All guests must book their accommodations below by March 4, 2026 at 5pm EST and have their reservations paid by March 25, 2026 at 5pm EST.
Our group will be traveling and staying 5 nights from May 13th - 18th, 2026; however, you may request to extend your stay prior or beyond these by notating your preferred dates on the booking form.
The below accommodations do not include your flights, however they can be added to your reservation package by notating such on the booking form. Design Our Travel® LLC will then reach out to you to discuss various flights/pricing. Should you wish to book flights on your own, that is perfectly fine! Roundtrip transportation to and from the resort/airport is included in the room accommodation pricing.
*IMPORTANT REMINDER: If you don't have a passport and would like to go, apply for one ASAP. Your passport cannot expire within 6 months of travel, so renew if you need! Your active passport needs to be a book NOT a card.

Myself and my team are here to take some of the weight off of the lead group members' shoulders and provide their guests with assistance with their travel. We are also available to assist with things to do while in destination, roundtrip airport transportation, flights and travel protection.
I am proud to offer our guests 24/7 assistance while traveling to provide emergency assistance should the need arise.

DEADLINES
1. Do You Have a Valid Passport?
You'll be traveling internationally, so you’ll need a valid passport that won’t expire within 6 months of your return date. If you need to apply or renew, now’s the time!
2. Book Your Accommodations
We have several room options to choose from below. To book, you just click on the "Book Here" link below the room category you'd like. You can add flights and/or travel protection at check out.
3. Be on the Lookout for Your Confirmation
Once we receive your booking information and payment, we will manually finalize your reservation within two business days from receiving. We will then send you booking confirmation, paid receipt, and next steps.

Check-in Policy:

Just a few things about passports...
important travel information
- Every person traveling will need a valid passport BOOK (NOT card). If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months.
- Most post offices offer full passport services: First-Time Passports (and Passport Photos) and Renewing Passports
- Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
- Names must appear on the booking form as they appear on your passport. Please be certain that when booking you are mindful of spelling.
