We will review the difference between a flex group vs. a contracted room block and which option will benefit you the most. All of our events of 10+ rooms are contracted room blocks, as these can offer you various concessions & perks. During this stage we will also be negotiating room block rates and concessions with the supplier. Our couples tell us that this is usually one of the main reasons they hire us for travel services.

If you have your heart set on a particular date or venue, or if it's during high season, it's key to secure these around 18 months prior to your event. We will want to identify a primary and back up date for your special day as well. We will work with the on-site wedding team at your selected resort and/or off-site venue to lock in the specifics.

We create a personalized digital proposal filled with photos, videos, and key details about destinations and resorts that align with your vision. You'll also find wedding package options and expert guides to help you choose with confidence. With each proposal you will also receive a custom video from lead wedding planner, Sarah Barlow, walking you through the proposal options.

During our initial consultation call, you will have the opportunity to learn more about us, our services, & we will get to know more about you & your destination wedding vision. Once we determine what services are needed through our consultation call, you will be sent our portfolio which contains our package offerings and a la carte add-on's. We will also include our destination wedding service agreement, along with an invoice for the deposit to secure your package.

Depending on the type of destination wedding package you chose, we will begin working immediately! For group travel services, we will build your custom wedding website, and create a dedicated booking platform for your guests to seamlessly book their accommodations and obtain information regarding their travel. For virtual planning services, these will begin at 12 months prior to your wedding date.

Secure Your Guests

Through your customized wedding website and booking link, we will be booking your guests into their desired accommodations, setting up airport transfers, and offering them additional options such as travel protection and added on excursion activities. We will take the stress off you by answering questions and providing assistance to each guest.
