Please join us on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026 in celebrating our wedding at Secrets Playa Mujeres All-Inclusive Resort in Mexico!
Come enjoy a great all-inclusive resort experience where all your meals and alcohol are included with your stay while you celebrate our wedding with us and enjoy a vacation!
The resort we chose is adult only, Secrets Playa Mujeres. Adults staying at Secrets Playa Mujeres have free flow access between the this property and the neighbor property, Dreams Playa Mujeres.
To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a destination wedding travel agency, Design Our Travel®. We have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.
We ask that you book your room(s) directly from this site, as guests that book outside the group may incur additional fees to attend the wedding events.
To take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guests must RSVP by January 12, 2026 and have their reservations made and paid by February 9, 2026 at 5pm EST. We know that this is a quick turnaround time! Should you not be able to RSVP by January 12th, you do have until February 9th to still RSVP and book your room.
We are currently holding rooms from June 20th - June 27th, 2026; however, you may request dates outside of this by notating your preferred dates on the booking form. Please note, all guests must be staying at the resort in order to attend the wedding.
You can also use this site to book your roundtrip fights. We have secured non-stop flights with group rates out of Pittsburgh to make it easy to get to and from Mexico. Roundtrip transportation to and from the resort/airport is included in the room accommodation pricing. Should you wish to add on other flights that aren't out of Pittsburgh please notate that on your booking form. If you are booking flights on your own, that is perfectly fine! You will be asked by our travel agency to have the flight information sent to them by May 6, 2026 so that they can request your airport/resort transportation.
*IMPORTANT REMINDER: If you don't have a passport and would like to go, apply for one ASAP. Your passport cannot expire within 6 months of travel so renew if you need!

Myself and my team are here to take some of the weight off of the couples shoulders and provide their guests with assistance with their travel. We are also available to assist with things to do while in destination, roundtrip airport transportation, flights and travel protection.

Final Payment Due:
All remaining balances must be paid by February 9, 2026 at 5pm EST. Late payments may result in cancellation/fees.
Flight Info Submission Deadline:
If you're booking your own flights, please send us your confirmed flight details no later than May 6, 2026 so we can coordinate transfers and arrival logistics.

1. Do You Have a Valid Passport?
You'll be traveling internationally, so you’ll need a valid passport that won’t expire within 6 months of your return date. If you need to apply or renew, now’s the time!
2. Book Your Accommodations
We have several room options to choose from below. To book, you just click on the "Book Here" link below the room category you'd like. You can add flights and/or travel protection at check out.
3. Be on the Lookout for Your Confirmation
Once we receive your booking information and payment, we will manually finalize your reservation within one business day from receiving. We will then send you booking confirmation, paid receipt, and next steps.

To be considered part of the group and access special perks (like group rates, coordinated transfers, and inclusion in group events), you’ll need to book your stay through the official room block. This helps the couple keep everything organized and ensures you're counted in all the fun!

We know travel is an investment — that’s why payment plans are offered for most packages. You’ll be able to pay a deposit upfront and make additional payments leading up to the final deadline.
✔️ Sharing a Room?
If you're sharing a room, only one person from your party needs to submit the quote request form — just be sure to include everyone's names and details so we can keep things accurate and seamless.
✔️ Don’t forget travel insurance
We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip from the unexpected. You’ll have the option to review coverage when booking.

Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm. Guests arriving earlier than 3 pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. Make sure to pack a bathing suit in your bag that is easily accessible upon arrival! The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is any time before 12pm

Just a few things about passports...
important travel information
- Every person traveling will need a valid passport BOOK (NOT card). If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months.
- Most post offices offer full passport services: First-Time Passports (and Passport Photos) and Renewing Passports
- Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
- Names must appear on the booking form as they appear on your passport. Please be certain that when booking you are mindful of spelling.
